Questions people ask first.
Do I need a doctor's referral?
Yes. Every evaluation starts with a referral from your physician. Ask your doctor to send one, or call us and we'll help.
Do you take insurance?
Yes, we accept insurance. Call us and we'll help you check your coverage before your evaluation.
Where does the evaluation happen?
Michael comes to you. It is a mobile practice, so there is no office to visit. We serve northern and central Indiana and southern Michigan, up to Grand Rapids.
Do I drive my own car?
The on-road evaluation happens in our dual-control vehicle with an instructor brake, so it is safe from the first mile.
What happens after the evaluation?
You get results and recommendations. If you need adaptive equipment or more practice, we can train with you until you're ready.
Can family come along?
Yes. Families are welcome, and many evaluations are easier with someone you trust there.
